We visit, walk through, talk to your tenant (if any), and send you a short written audit. What's working, what isn't, and whether ongoing management makes sense for you.
You'll get a written report covering each of these. Honest, specific, no fluff.
Walk-through inspection with photos. What's in good shape, what's wearing down, what needs attention now.
How your flat compares to similar units in your micro-market. What small changes would move the needle.
Leave & Licence status, registration, society NOCs, electricity / property tax. What's missing, what's expiring.
A short, honest list. What's a must-fix before listing or renewal, what can wait, and what to deliberately not bother with.
If tenanted: rent vs current market, conduct, due dates, agreement expiry, deposit status. If vacant: realistic asking rent.
Our honest call. Whether you should self-manage, get partial help, take on full management — or in some cases, do nothing at all.
Fill the form below or call. We reply within 24 hours to fix a visit time that works for you (or your tenant).
One of our team spends 60–90 minutes at the property. Walk-through, photos, paperwork review, market notes.

"We were honestly expecting a sales pitch. Got a six-page audit instead, with two things they said we should NOT bother fixing. That was the moment we trusted them." — Owner, 2BHK · Khar West
We'll reply in 24 hours to confirm a visit time. No follow-up calls, no sales pressure.
Yes, fully free. There is no catch. About half of audits don't end in ongoing management — sometimes the right answer is to self-manage, sometimes to not act yet. We'd rather you know that honestly.
No. We coordinate with your tenant (if any) or with you remotely via WhatsApp. Most of our NRI owners are not in the city — the audit is built for that.
That's fine — we can do a second-opinion audit without contacting them. You'll have a clear picture either way.
Usually 2–3 working days after the visit. If it's urgent (transaction, renewal coming up), tell us — we can prioritise.
