Things owners ask before booking.

Is the audit really free? What's the catch?+

Yes, fully free. There is no catch. About half of audits don't end in ongoing management — sometimes the right answer is to self-manage, sometimes to not act yet. We'd rather you know that honestly.

Do I have to be in Mumbai for the visit?+

No. We coordinate with your tenant (if any) or with you remotely via WhatsApp. Most of our NRI owners are not in the city — the audit is built for that.

What if I already have a manager / broker?+

That's fine — we can do a second-opinion audit without contacting them. You'll have a clear picture either way.

How long until I get the report?+

Usually 2–3 working days after the visit. If it's urgent (transaction, renewal coming up), tell us — we can prioritise.

What areas of Mumbai do you cover?+

Mainland Mumbai and the western suburbs — broadly from Colaba to Borivali, and Sion to Powai. Other areas, ask us first.
