Pricing questions

Honest answers, no fine print.

What if my flat is vacant — do I still pay?+

No. Our fee is a percentage of rent received. If a flat is vacant in a given month, there's no fee that month. We'd rather get your tenant in than charge a retainer for nothing.

Are there any extras I should expect?+

Things that genuinely cost money (a plumber's bill, a society NOC fee, stamp duty for registration) are pass-through — same as if you arranged them yourself. We share quotes for your approval before any spend.

Is tenant placement really included?+

Yes, for owners on ongoing full management. No separate listing fee, no broker fee from your side at placement. (If you only want a one-time tenant placement without ongoing management, that's priced separately — ask us.)

What's the minimum contract?+

One year, aligned with your tenant's agreement. After that it rolls month-to-month — leave whenever you like, no exit fee. We'd rather earn the next month than lock you in.

How do I pay you?+

Rent gets credited to your account by the tenant or via us. We deduct the 7.5% fee (with GST where applicable) and send you a clean monthly statement.
