No. Our fee is a percentage of rent received. If a flat is vacant in a given month, there's no fee that month. We'd rather get your tenant in than charge a retainer for nothing.
Things that genuinely cost money (a plumber's bill, a society NOC fee, stamp duty for registration) are pass-through — same as if you arranged them yourself. We share quotes for your approval before any spend.
