Everything in full management — tenant placement, rent collection, agreement & registration, quarterly inspections, repair coordination, society liaison, move-in/move-out, and your monthly owner report. No separate platform fee.
Yes. When you sign up for ongoing full management, tenant placement (screening, viewings, negotiation, onboarding) is part of the 7.5%. We don’t charge separate brokerage on top.
We take over the existing tenancy as-is. We’ll review the current agreement, do a baseline inspection with the tenant, and begin managing rent, repairs and reporting from month one.
During onboarding we agree an emergency threshold. Below it, we act and inform you. Above it, we make the situation safe and wait for your approval — with quotes attached and a clear recommendation.
No lock-in. We work month-to-month. You can end the engagement with 30 days’ notice and we’ll hand over all documents and access.
South Mumbai, Bandra, Khar, Santacruz, Juhu, Andheri, Powai, BKC and Lower Parel. Ask if you’re nearby — we add neighbourhoods as owner demand grows.
